We are living longer. The average life expectancy in 1860 was 39; today it’s 81!

Personally, I’m planning to live to 148 and my wife Lorie to 156. I often get a reaction of shock from people, as they picture me as a shriveled 148 year old prune in a wheelchair. But I’m talking about living to 148 healthy, active, and vibrant.

Impossible? Think again.

We just returned from a five day Longevity Trip, in California, led by Peter Diamandis, founder of The X-Prize and Abundance 360, author of “Abundance -The Future is Better Than You Think”

We visited with the leading scientist on the cutting edge of reversing the aging process. At the Gladstone Institute, in San Francisco we entered Dr. Shinya Yamanaka’s lab, winner of the Nobel Prize in medicine for his “discovery of how to transform ordinary adult skin cells into cells that, like embryonic stem cells, are capable of developing into any cell.”

We witnessed a microscope slide full of thousands of beating heart cells that were once skin cells. Three days later, the FDA approved injecting these beating heart cells into humans with congenital heart disease. My father had an open heart at age 55 and 5 heart attacks until he passed at 81.  If only he had been alive today to receive new heart cells to repair his …”broken heart!”

Why am I so confident about living to 148?

  1. If you can live 10 more years, you will be living at the intersection of scientific breakthroughs to extend life to 120 and beyond.

  2. My wife and I have had our entire genome mapped and found no precursors for any major diseases.

  3. We work with The Gladden Longevity Center in Dallas Texas, using the latest technology to monitor our health, and diet at a molecular level. I personally have eliminated my biggest medications - cholesterol and blood pressure.

  4. We focus religiously on the 5 Basic Health Steps: Sleep, Exercise, Diet. Impact, Relationship/Community. My Oura Ring provides me real time data to monitor my sleep.

  1. Mindset: The mind is a powerful tool for setting and achieving any goal. Living to 149 is a crazy goal;  if I only make it to 125, it beats dying at 81 like my father and his father!

The Longevity Portfolio:

Living Beyond 120 creates its own set of new problems;  the biggest you will need to make sure your assets last as long as you do. With this in mind, I have created The Longevity Portfolio, a portfolio that will mitigate Inflation, Market Volatility and Taxes to help you achieve a “paycheck for life” to pay for all the things you desire to do in your long lifetime.”
