• Analyze Average Days on Market for similar properties

• Obtain property tax and assessor information

• Prepare preliminary Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) for fair market value

• Research property ownership, deed, and legal description

• Investigate land use coding, zoning, and restrictions

• Confirm ownership details and prepare listing presentation package

• Assess exterior Curb Appeal of the property

• Compile & update the electronic file

• Explain market conditions and projections to the seller & create a strategy for marketing

• Tour the property, noting features and updates
