Medicare can be complex and confusing. It can feel overwhelming just trying to understand all the options. Did you know there are local experts who help people navigate through this maze of information known as Medicare? Having cared for relatives, I understand the frustration and confusion that can come from trying to access medical services for a loved one in such a complicated environment.

Whether you are new to Medicare or already enrolled, working with an independent advisor can help you understand the benefits you are entitled to and select the best plan for your individual situation. With the Annual Enrollment Period open until December 7, it’s a great time to request a no-cost, no-obligation Medicare Benefits Review.

Independent Medicare specialists do not work for insurance carriers. We provide an unbiased view of all insurance options available to seniors and Medicare recipients at no cost. We specialize in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements and Prescription Drug Plans.

No option is a fit for everyone, and unlike the employer-based coverage many people are used to, there is no family plan. The coverage decision should always be based on your needs and budget. For a married couple, this may mean that one spouse is enrolled in an Advantage plan while the other picks up a Medigap plan. The bottom line here is don’t worry. Avoid headaches by working with a professional who will help you sift through your options. And keep in mind that plan availability varies by county: Skip the Internet search that will lead you down rabbit holes of false information and only cause more anxiety.

Our service to you doesn’t end when you enroll in a plan. We live in your community and are always here to answer your questions about bills, drug plans, provider services, extra benefits and anything else that will ease your mind.

Disclaimer: I do not work for and I am not affiliated with Medicare.
